    Very clean and nicely appointed with all mod cons including free Wi-Fi. Very private and a nice relaxing two days to explore Hepburn Springs and Daylesford.

    We arrive to find the room same temperature as the outdoors, a very small fan heater was plugged into power point and placed on top of the table, they knew that the split system was inadequate. It took 3 hours to get the room warm. But if you decide to go to the bathroom please place your jacket back on as there is no heaters or heat lamp.

    Other ways the bedroom was so clean, linen and bathroom impeccable. Perhaps best enjoyed during summer.

    I stayed in the Elm studio over christmas and had a ball. The owners john and debbie where really accommodating i and apartments where far a beyond what i expected. Daylesford is a beautiful place and I will be back to stay at Spa Villas on Main!
